iphone offline maps on 3.1

I found some interesting info on how to get offlineMaps to work on 3.1, I tried on 3.1.2 using "copy" button. More info here http://code.google.com/p/iphoneoffli...etail?id=52#c3



- install Offlinemaps v3.0.0-2.deb

- ssh to iPhone from terminal

- enter 2 following commands:



cd /private/var/mobile/Library/Caches

ln -s Maps/MapTiles/ MapTiles



These commands create a link to make offlineMaps copy the mapTiles to the correct folder.
