How to make egeman style best turkish rice ?

What you need ?



- 1 glass rice

- 2.7 glass Hot water

- Olive oil (

- pepper

- salt

- some chicken/beef bonyon

-







put 1 glass rice which cleaned with water in hot olive oil. Keep blending the rice till its turn grain than add hot water. put some pepper , salt and chicken bonyon if you got or like. Wait 17mins. with middle fire. Not less/more. MIDDLE. You should see its boiling. Check at the end of the time if it got dry than wait 5 mins. without fire .
